Pay

  • $52,000.00-$75,000.00 yearly - Initial salary depending on experience 
  • Performance-based bonus - Immediate opportunities to make more!
  • Sign-on bonus of $2,500.00

Responsibilities

  • Provide Superior Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, assess their plumbing needs, price jobs accurately, and present appropriate options and solutions.
  • Maintain Truck Inventory: Regularly report and manage the inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment in the company truck, ensuring all necessary items are stocked for efficient service delivery.
  • Perform Plumbing Installations and Repairs: Execute a wide range of plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, maintenance, and replacements for residential and commercial clients.
  • Troubleshoot Plumbing Systems: Diagnose plumbing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to restore proper functionality to plumbing systems.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while performing plumbing tasks to ensure work is completed safely and legally.
  • Participate in Weekly Training: Attend and actively engage in weekly training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, safety protocols, and new plumbing techniques, contributing to professional development and continuous improvement efforts.

Job requirements

  • Kentucky Journeyman Plumber License
  • Availability for full-time work
  • Ability to pass drug tests and background checks
  • Valid Drivers license and clean driving record 
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
