Your New Role

As a Journeyman Electrician in San Antonio, TX at BODEC, you will:

• Install and maintain electrical systems in industrial environments.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and control diagrams.

• Perform conduit and wire installations using rigid, EMT, and PVC conduit systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality, compliant installations.

• Work on high-voltage substations and perform medium voltage terminations.

• Ensure OSHA compliance and operate safely at heights.

• Collaborate with other trades and mentor apprentices.

• Journeyman Electrician License (REQUIRED)

• 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience

• Strong background in substations, conduit work, and control systems

• Ability to work safely in construction environments and at elevated heights

• Experience using hydraulic compression tools, fabrication, and raceway installation

• Renewable energy or oil and gas experience is a plus

• Background check and drug test required

• Outdoor work in heat/sun with heavy lifting required
