Your New Role

As a Journeyman Electrician, your responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and control diagrams.

• Performing electrical work in industrial settings, including substations (up to 345 kV) and medium voltage terminations (up to 35 kV).

• Planning and executing conduit installations and wire pulling.

• Working with rigid, EMT, and PVC conduit systems.

• Handling control installations and troubleshooting systems.

• Collaborating with other trades and mentoring apprentices.

• Maintaining OSHA compliance and operating safely at heights.

• Ensuring every project meets the highest safety and quality standards.

• Idaho State Licensed Journeyman

• Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in demanding environments.

• Solid knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA safety standards.

• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on fieldwork.

• Expertise in substations up to 345 kV.

• Proficiency with Medium Voltage (MV) terminations.
