Your New Role:

• Perform skilled electrical work including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to effectively plan and execute electrical projects.
• Install and troubleshoot wiring, circuits, conduits, and electrical components, ensuring proper connections and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to assess electrical needs, provide cost estimates, and contribute technical insights for project planning.
• Mentor and oversee apprentice electricians, offering guidance, training, and supervision to ensure their skills develop in line with safety protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment, including inspections, testing, and replacements to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects to facilitate efficient documentation and billing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and emerging technologies to remain proficient in modern electrical practices and equipment.
• Coordinate with other tradespeople and contractors on construction and renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other building components.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and implementing safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Pay: $27-35/hour depending on experience

• You hold a valid State of Nebraska Journeyman's License in electrical work.
• You have proven experience in commercial electrical projects.
• You have a strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• You can interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• You embody professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• You are authorized to work in the US.
