Pay 

• $89,500.00 - $97,800.00 yearly
• 2% commission on new installs
• Sign-on bonus up to $1,500.00

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial electrical equipment and services.
• Determine the general condition of all electrical equipment, troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs.
• Work with and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications as they apply to your craft.
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for replacement, upgrade, or repair.
• Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide, accurately present repair, replacement, or upgrade options, and complete safety inspections.

• State of Minnesota Journeyman or Master Electrician's license Required 
• 4+ years of electrical experience Required 
• Experience in residential electrical work required - light commercial work 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required 
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients about electrical issues and provide accurate solutions
• Must pass a background check 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
