Responsibilities
We offer services for Solar, Generators, Service Work and more! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical projects effectively.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, identifying the root causes and implementing appropriate solutions to ensure safety and functionality.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of electrical projects, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Conduct electrical inspections to assess the condition of existing systems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior electricians, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development within the team.

Job requirements
3-5 Years of Journeyman Electrician experience preferred
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Ability to successfully demonstrate a history of integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards regarding background checks for employees
Proficiency in industry-specific tools, equipment, and techniques, showcasing a track record of effective job performance and problem-solving.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and the ability to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Willingness to adapt and learn, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continued professional growth and job performance excellence.
Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50-75lbs
Must be authorized to work in the US.
