Your New Role: As our Journeyman Electrician, you will:

• Tackle complex electrical projects, from upgrading outdated panels to troubleshooting intricate wiring issues, ensuring safety and compliance with the highest standards.
• Deliver exceptional service that lights up our clients’ lives, using your technical expertise to maintain and enhance residential electrical systems.
• Engage in continuous learning, from daily briefings to structured training, keeping your skills sharp and your knowledge current.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring that both team members and clients are informed and confident in your work.

• Competitive Pay: Earn $20.00 - $25.00/hr with the potential to reach $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually through our performance pay program.

• Texas Journeyman or Residential Wireman License required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as an electrician highly desired with at least 1 year of Residential Service Experience required. 
• After hours & Weekend On-Call Rotation required 
• Valid Drivers License & Clean Driving Record 
• Must be willing to undergo a background check & drug test 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
