Your New Role

• Install, service, and maintain electrical systems in residential and light commercial properties in and around Auburn, Washington

• Diagnose electrical issues and perform efficient repairs during service calls

• Ensure all work aligns with NEC, WAC, and applicable local electrical codes

• Use ServiceTitan software to manage job details, materials, and documentation

• Coordinate with HVAC and plumbing teams when projects involve multiple systems

• Maintain organization of your company vehicle, tools, and materials

• Represent Allred Heating Cooling Electric with professionalism and craftsmanship on every job

• Washington State 01 or 02 Journeyman Electrician License required

• At least 3 years of experience in residential or light commercial electrical work

• Strong understanding of NEC, WAC, and electrical safety standards

• Proven troubleshooting and problem solving ability

• Valid driver’s license

• Positive attitude and strong team mindset

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently when needed
