Competitive Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + Annual Bonus

As a JOC Sales and Project Estimator, you’ll be the face of Mart, Inc., responsible for securing high-value JOC projects and ensuring smooth execution. Based in Irving, TX, your responsibilities include:
Client Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with key school and municipal clients
Project Evaluation – Meet with clients, assess job sites, and determine project scope
Estimating & Bidding – Gather subcontractor bids, develop estimates, and submit proposals
Project Coordination – Secure POs or contracts, request bonds/insurance, and hand off projects to PMs
Multi-Project Management – Juggle multiple bids and site visits daily while responding to urgent client needs

3-5 years of experience in JOC Sales, Estimating, or Construction Project Management
Strong people skills and ability to manage project managers
Knowledge of commercial construction and ability to read plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF management, and general digital documentation
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit multiple job sites
Ability to handle after-hours emergencies when needed
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working within school systems and municipal projects is a plus
