Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Part-time position, 12 to 24 hours per week
Monday through Friday schedule
5 sick/personal days after 90 days of employment
Mileage reimbursement and fuel card assistance
Company-provided computer and software
Hands-on experience with luxury residential interior design projects

Strengthen your AutoCAD, space planning, design documentation, and project coordination skills
Contribute to custom luxury homes backed by more than 42 years of industry experience
Learn through mentorship and direct involvement in active residential projects
Join a detail-focused team where organization, communication, and thoughtful design matter
Work from Agoura Hills, CA, while supporting residential projects throughout the Malibu service area
Assist Interior Designers with space planning and interior layouts
Create and update AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and details, under designer direction
Assist with furniture, fabrics, lighting, materials, fixtures, and finish selections
Build and maintain specification binders and material libraries
Assist with material schedules, fixture schedules, and purchase order documentation
Track vendor orders, lead times, and deliveries
Prepare client presentation materials using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint as needed
Participate in project site visits to collect measurements, notes, and photographs
Communicate with vendors and assist with samples, returns, filing, and project coordination
Maintain accurate design documentation and organized project files
Collaborate with Senior and Associate Designers while developing practical interior design and project management skills

Education or experience in interior design, residential design, or a related field
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Working knowledge of SketchUp
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Dropbox and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
Attention to detail and ability to take initiative
Willingness to learn and collaborate with senior team members
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel to project sites within the service area as needed
