$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Part-time schedule of 12 to 24 hours per week
Monday through Friday work schedule
5 sick/personal days after 90 days of employment
Mileage reimbursement (fuel card assistance)

Hands-on experience supporting luxury residential interior design projects

Work from Agoura Hills, CA, while supporting projects throughout the Malibu service area
Assist with space planning and basic interior layouts
Create and update AutoCAD drawings, including plans, elevations, and details under designer's direction
Support material, furniture, fabric, lighting, and finish selections
Build and maintain specification binders and material libraries
Assist with material schedules, fixture schedules, and purchase order support
Track vendor orders, lead times, and deliveries
Prepare client presentation materials using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint when needed
Support project site visits by taking measurements, notes, and photographs
Coordinate vendor communication, sample returns, filing, and other administrative support tasks
Maintain accurate project documentation and organized project files
Collaborate closely with Senior and Associate Designers while learning industry best practices

Previous education or experience in interior design or a related field
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Working knowledge of SketchUp
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Dropbox and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starting attitude
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with senior team members
Valid driver's license=
Ability to travel to project sites within the service area as needed
