Your New Role

As an Insulation Installer, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Install all types of insulation including spray foam, cellulose, and fiberglass.
• Operate equipment and ensure it’s maintained in good working condition.
• Stay on schedule and complete projects efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and take pride in high-quality installations.
• Work safely and respectfully with team members.
• Flexibility and proficiency in all insulation products offered by The Green Cocoon.
• Lead and coordinate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain quality standards.

• Competitive Pay: $23.00 - $29.00/hour depending on experience.
• Monthly Performance-Based Profit Sharing Bonus.
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus: Paid incrementally over your first year.
