• Pay: 24–30 per hour, based on experience 

• Full-Time: Approximately 31–40 hours per week 

• Schedule: 8-hour workdays; start and end times vary by project 

• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x for hours worked over 40 

• Annual Bonus: Based on company net profit

Your New Role

• Lead a 2–3 person crew on residential and commercial insulation projects 

• Report to the Kent shop before traveling to job sites in a company vehicle 

• Perform hands-on insulation installation alongside your crew 

• Organize daily field activities and keep projects moving efficiently 

• Set expectations for workmanship, productivity, safety, and job-site professionalism 

• Review project requirements and adapt to changing job-site conditions 

• Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment safely and effectively 

• Follow installation specifications and company safety procedures 

• Check completed work for quality and project requirements 

• Communicate job-site needs, progress, and issues as they arise 

• Drive company vehicles as required and maintain eligibility under company insurance requirements 

• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive prepared for scheduled projects

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of hands-on insulation experience 

• Experience leading or directing a small field crew 

• Working knowledge of construction job-site practices 

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and related installation equipment 

• Ability to perform hands-on field work while directing a 2–3 person crew 

• Ability to follow project specifications and job-site safety procedures 

• Ability to maintain quality and productivity throughout each project 

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements 

• Ability to report to the Kent shop and travel to job sites throughout Northeast Ohio 

• Ability to work varying start and end times based on project needs 

• Ability to work overtime when available
