Pay

  • $25.00-$30.00 hourly

Responsibilities 

  • Project Scheduling: Plan and coordinate installation projects, creating detailed schedules that outline tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, installation teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Assign installation teams, equipment, and materials to projects, optimizing resource utilization and availability.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct pre-installation site inspections to assess requirements, identify potential challenges, and ensure that all necessary permits and regulations are met.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials, equipment, and services, negotiating terms and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, conducting regular inspections to verify that installations meet quality standards and client specifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any installation-related issues or setbacks promptly, identifying solutions and taking corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation plans, progress reports, and change orders, to ensure a comprehensive project record.
  • Budget Monitoring: Keep track of project budgets, expenses, and cost estimates, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and seeking approval for any budget changes.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and standards on job sites, promoting a culture of safety among installation teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring that installations meet or exceed expectations.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, including key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and potential risks or delays.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the installation coordination workflow, implementing best practices to enhance operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to installation teams, helping them develop their skills and knowledge to meet project requirements effectively.
  • Post-Installation Support: Offer post-installation support as needed, addressing any client concerns or warranty-related issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of completed work, compliance with specifications, and any necessary warranty information.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of installation-related materials and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of reliability and flexibility regarding working hours
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills, coupled with leadership qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both on a professional and technical level
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must possess strong critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
  • Capable of developing tools and strategies to create efficiencies within the department
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required
  • Must be comfortable with frequent speaking and listening using a headset
  • Able to prolonged sitting and extensive use of hands/fingers across a keyboard or mouse
  • Ability to handle various objects
  • Comfortable with extended periods working at a computer
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per workweek and up to 12 hours per day, as needed
  • Able to work within a service center environment with a moderate noise level due to representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
  • Amenable to wearing a Business casual dress code
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
