We’re hiring an Install Field Supervisor to help lead our HVAC team in Rifle, CO. In this role, you’ll oversee both Service and Installation Technicians while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and up to A-1’s high standards. You’ll also help drive performance across the team and provide support where it’s needed most.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations and performance for HVAC install and service teams
Coach and mentor team members with regular check-ins and growth conversations
Approve job invoices within 48 hours of completion
Track job budgets, timelines, and progress toward service goals
Manage job site readiness, warehouse operations, and company fleet
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training of new apprentices and technicians
Ensure clear scheduling, especially around holidays and emergency calls
Maintain A-1’s standards of safety, professionalism, and quality on every job
Use tools like ServiceTitan for scheduling, reporting, and communication
Provide monthly updates to leadership and support continuous improvements

3–5 years of HVAC or plumbing experience
3–5 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing schedules, budgets, and materials
Experience with job site coordination and technician support
Basic computer and tablet skills; experience using field service software like ServiceTitan is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and assist on-site when necessary
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and priorities
