Handle 60 to 100 inbound and warm follow-up calls daily with homeowners seeking exterior repair solutions
Qualify homeowner needs involving siding repair, dry rot, roof leaks, window leaks, and exterior envelope issues
Use structured sales conversations, rebuttals, and objection-handling techniques to close service agreements
Follow up consistently using HubSpot CRM and established communication cadences
Guide customers toward committed next steps, including signed agreements, reviews, and testimonials
Maintain high call activity and conversion performance in a metrics-driven sales environment
Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to improve closing performance and customer experience

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center sales, or high-volume phone sales
Strong closing ability with confidence, handling objections, and asking for commitment
Comfortable making and receiving high volumes of phone calls throughout the day
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow structured sales processes and scripts while maintaining conversational communication
Coachable, disciplined, and accountable in a performance-driven environment
Experience using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, preferred
Home services, construction, remodeling, or contractor sales experience preferred
Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed to maximize earning opportunities
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Stable work history preferred
