Your New Role:

• Step into the heart of our operations as an Inside Counter Sales Specialist at East Lawn Supply. Here, you’ll engage with customers, provide expert guidance, and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers, addressing inquiries, and providing product recommendations.

• Take and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining customer records and generating sales reports.

• Assist in receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a well-organized inventory area.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, stay updated on features, and collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and identify upsell opportunities.

• Work closely with team members from different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training programs and industry events.

• You have experience in supply houses, plumbing, and HVAC, and are proficient with computer systems and software.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC or plumbing service fields, with a solid understanding of systems, products, and terminology.

• Experience in calculating heat gain/losses for structures is a plus.

• Must be able to work at the Nazareth, PA location and available to work alternating Saturday mornings.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. and willing to undergo a background
