Your New Role

• Location: Salem, OR

• Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and production equipment

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in machines, structures, and tools

• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and downtime

• Execute basic repairs and hands-on maintenance with precision

• Oversee contractors when professional repairs are needed

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery following manuals and manufacturer guidelines

• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete jobs safely and accurately

• 2+ years of proven industrial or facilities maintenance experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Skilled with hand and power tools (saws, drills, hammers, wrenches, etc.)

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment

• Familiarity with blueprints, repair manuals, and technical schematics

• Experience using precision measuring instruments and electronic testing tools

• Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic

• Self-motivated with solid time management and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and remain focused without supervision

• Willingness to relocate to or commute daily to Salem, OR 97304
