Location: Salem, OR
Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and production equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in machines, structures, and tools
Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and downtime
Execute basic repairs and hands-on maintenance with precision
Oversee contractors when professional repairs are needed
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery following manuals and manufacturer guidelines
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete jobs safely and accurately

2+ years of proven industrial or facilities maintenance experience
High school diploma or GED
Skilled with hand and power tools (saws, drills, hammers, wrenches, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment
Familiarity with blueprints, repair manuals, and technical schematics
Experience using precision measuring instruments and electronic testing tools
Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
Self-motivated with solid time management and organizational skills
Able to work independently and remain focused without supervision
Willingness to relocate to or commute daily to Salem, OR 97304
