Your New Role

As our Indeed Support Specialist based remotely in the Philippines, you’ll lead the charge on all things Indeed. You’ll keep job campaigns running smoothly, track performance like a hawk, and resolve support issues with precision. Every click, credit, and campaign you manage will help our clients hire better, faster, and smarter.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Launching, monitoring, and optimizing Indeed Sponsored Jobs (adjusting budgets, bids, and match quality)

• Managing and redeeming Indeed Sourcing Credits

• Pausing/unpausing organic job postings per SLAs or client needs

• Troubleshooting and resolving Indeed-related support tickets

• Parsing resumes into ATS systems when auto-sync isn’t available

• Setting up new organic job postings (titles, screener questions, tracking URLs)

Monthly tasks include:

• Auditing organic jobs for compliance, visibility, and freshness

• Creating and delivering monthly job performance snapshots with key metrics like CPC, cost-per-apply, and alerts

You may also:

• Support general help tickets—career site updates, ATS integrations, and more

• 1+ year managing Indeed (Employer) or similar job board campaigns

• Experience with ATS workflows (Recruitee is a plus)

• Proficiency in spreadsheets for budget and analytics tracking

• Strong communication and support ticket management (HubSpot preferred)

• Excellent attention to detail, especially around compliance and formatting

• Skilled in time management within a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred

• Experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn)

• Background in recruiting or HR, ideally in skilled trades

• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools for funnel analytics
