Pay

  • $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
  • $2,000.00 Sign-On Bonus


Schedule

  • 10-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PLC programs using Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, and Studio 5000 for process control and automation systems.
  • Design and create intuitive HMI interfaces using Factory Talk Studio for efficient monitoring and control of industrial processes.
  • Perform troubleshooting and debugging of process control systems, including AC and DC circuits, to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime.
  • Utilize knowledge of oil production systems to optimize automation processes and enhance productivity.
  • Interpret and develop P&ID, cause and effect diagrams, and control narratives to support effective system integration and operation.
  • Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot various instrumentation devices such as pressure, temperature, and flow meters to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Configure and maintain control networks, including IP and Modbus, and SCADA systems to enable seamless data communication and monitoring.
  • Apply expertise in 4-20 mA loop systems, VFD configuration, and radio communication systems to support efficient operation and troubleshooting of automation systems.

Job requirements

  • Allen Brandley RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000
  • HMI development in Factory Talk Studio
  • Process control programming and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of AC and DC circuits and troubleshooting ability
  • Familiarity with oil production systems
  • P&ID, cause and effect, control narrative interpretation, and development a plus
  • Ability to set up calibrate and troubleshoot pressure, temperature, flow meters, etc.
  • Knowledge of control networks (IP and Modbus) and SCADA systems
  • 4-20 mA loop knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Twido, SCADAPACK, Total Flow, Fisher ROC, and RedLion knowledge a plus
  • Honeywell DCS, Wonderware knowledge a plus
  • Radio communication systems
  • VFD knowledge and configuration
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
