Earn $30–$70 per hour servicing advanced commercial refrigeration and HVACR systems throughout Denver. You'll receive a company vehicle, gas card, company phone, tool account, and ongoing technical training while working with compressors, refrigeration controls, PLCs, electrical systems, and complex commercial equipment.

Travel throughout Denver, Colorado, to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVACR systems
Perform hot and cold compressor and motor alignments
Repair and maintain reciprocating, scroll, rotary, and screw compressors
Complete compressor rebuilds and shaft seal replacements
Troubleshoot refrigeration systems using electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic testing equipment
Install and service expansion valves, control valves, and refrigeration system components
Use oxy-acetylene equipment to repair and install refrigeration systems
Install wiring and electrical connections for refrigeration equipment and control systems
Test refrigerant lines, components, and connections for leaks
Perform commissioning and startup of commercial refrigeration systems utilizing synthetic refrigerants
Troubleshoot computerized refrigeration controls, PLCs, microprocessors, and control panels
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and service
Complete work orders, service documentation, and timecards accurately within the SimPRO system
Obtain customer approvals and signatures before leaving job sites
Maintain company vehicle, truck stock, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition
Generate purchase orders and coordinate materials required for service work
Collaborate with customers and team members to keep projects moving through completion
Participate in overtime and on-call rotations as needed to support customer operations

Must Haves
Minimum of 3 years of HVACR experience
EPA 608 Certification required
Trade school education or equivalent hands-on experience in refrigeration, HVACR, or a related field
Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems, compressors, motors, controls, and electrical components
Ability to diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration equipment utilizing synthetic refrigerants
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and system documentation
Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and team members
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain any additional EPA certification requirements if needed
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in industrial environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and
exposure to refrigeration-related materials
Willingness to work overtime, flexible schedules, and on-call rotations
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of reciprocating, scroll, rotary, and screw compressors preferred
Experience with commercial refrigeration, HVACR service, compressor repair, refrigeration controls, PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration installation, and industrial refrigeration is highly valued
