Responsibilities

  • Perform Routine Maintenance on HVAC Equipment: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on various HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Knowledge of DDC Control Equipment: Demonstrate expertise in different types of Direct Digital Control (DDC) equipment and components, utilizing this knowledge to enhance system efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC Equipment: Identify and resolve malfunctions in HVAC equipment, applying diagnostic skills to ensure seamless operation.
  • Rotating On-Call Schedule: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide timely responses to emergency maintenance needs outside of regular working hours.
  • Company Vehicle Issued: Operate a company-issued vehicle for service calls, ensuring it is well-maintained and used responsibly.
  • Collaborate with Service Technicians: Work within a cohesive team of service technicians, fostering collaboration and seeking assistance when needed, creating a supportive and knowledgeable work environment.

Job requirements

  • Need to have +2-5 years experience
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replacement decisions
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Possess required tools
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
