Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales consultations, recommend solutions, and upsell services.
• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, maintaining accurate service records.
• Adhere to safety protocols, manage service requests, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Continuously develop technical skills, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain a clean work area.

• EPA Certification and at least 1 year of HVAC experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
