Salary

• $24 - $30/hour
• We also offer a sign-on bonus of $1000 for this position.

Responsibilities

HVAC Technician primarily maintains systems or installs new units. Specifically, this role will perform the following:

• Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle a physical workload of at least 50 LBS

• 3+ Years HVAC Experienced
• Mix of light install, changeouts, new construction, residential service experience
• You like solving all kinds of HVAC problems
• Loves to make overtime money
• Dependable
• Trustworthy
• Problem solver and team-oriented
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Universal EPA certification is a plus
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
• Ability to climb a 40’ extension ladder
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
