Responsibilities

Perform HVAC service calls to residential and commercial customers, addressing their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs
Utilize customer service training to educate and guide customers in selecting appropriate services, products, and financing options
Conduct installations of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety guidelines
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective and efficient solutions
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of service calls, including documentation of performed work, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements through continuous learning and professional development
Participate in on-call rotations for weekend work, ensuring prompt response to emergency service calls

Job requirements

Must be willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education
Must meet or exceed company minimums
Must maintain a positive attitude
Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a Universal EPA License
Must have an NH Gas license
Must be flexible and realize we are a service-based company

Able to service and install HVAC systems
3-5 years of experience in installing and servicing residential HVAC systems
Valid driver's license
Drug-free, with the ability to pass regular drug tests
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
