We provide service in a 25-mile radius of our home office including Syracuse and the surrounding metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:

This role focuses solely on the repair & service of HVAC equipment – air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, etc. We are primarily residential with the occasional commercial service. Our on-call schedule works to meet your needs – a typical schedule would be 2 days on-call and 8-10 days off. Specifically, the HVAC Service Technician is expected to perform the following responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' questions

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Personable and Dependable
• Seasoned HVAC Tech with a Valid License
• 3+ years of relevant experience required
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
