Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of heating and cooling systems in residential buildings.
Respond promptly to service calls from customers and provide efficient and effective solutions to address their comfort needs.
Conduct planned maintenance activities on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential issues.
Install new heating and cooling systems in residential buildings according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Inspect existing systems to identify any malfunctions, leaks, or inefficiencies and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Diagnose problems with heating and cooling systems by utilizing troubleshooting techniques and specialized tools.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service, maintenance, and installation activities.
Communicate with customers to explain the scope of work, provide cost estimates, and obtain necessary approvals before proceeding with repairs or installations.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for the customer.
Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training opportunities provided by the company.
Collaborate with other team members and share expertise to support a high level of customer satisfaction and team performance.
Adhere to company standards for professionalism, customer service, and work quality.
Strive to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of heating and cooling systems to progress within the company and receive yearly wage increases.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper storage and handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

Job requirements
Possess EPA 608 certification
Hold a valid Oklahoma State Mechanical Journeyman's License
Exhibit excellent communication skills
Demonstrate technical skills in installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing heating and cooling systems
Ability to conduct inspections and perform tests on system components to ensure their operational and safety effectiveness
Ability to conduct heat loss/heat gain calculations to determine the appropriate sizing of HVAC systems for residential buildings
Ability to perform comprehensive inspections of clients' HVAC systems, identifying potential issues and recommending preventive measures to avoid future breakdowns
Basic knowledge of Service Titan is preferred
Have a general knowledge of power tools and techniques for their care and safe use
3+ years of experience in the HVAC trade
Hold a valid driver's license
Reside within a 20-mile radius of Oklahoma City
Must be authorized to work in the US.
