Pay

• $48,000.00-$150,000.00 annually - based on experience 
• + Bonus based on monthly revenue & SPIFF program

Responsibilities

• Install and replace HVAC systems and components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
• Ensure proper installation and alignment of HVAC equipment
• Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for installation projects.
• Perform necessary calculations to determine the proper sizing and placement of equipment
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate installations
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during installations
• Test and verify the functionality of installed systems
• Provide recommendations and solutions for any identified installation or replacement issues
• Complete installation-related documentation and maintain accurate records 

Our Hiring Process

• Possession of a valid driver's license & clean driving record 
• Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
• Knowledge of HVAC tools and materials, including their proper usage and maintenance
• Previous experience in the field as an HVAC technician 
• Ability to meet hardline requirements, which include passing a background check and drug test
• Familiarity with HVAC EPA regulations is helpful, but not mandatory
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience working as an HVAC Technician, showcasing proficiency in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Experience in multiple fields; HVAC, Plumbing, Pipe Fitting, and Handyman type work a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues effectively
• Ability to use computers and tablets in the field a plus 
• Able to work in a team environment 
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and specifications accurately
• Ability to work unsupervised 
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to industry standards
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
