Perform service and maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment.
Repair or replace faulty components to ensure the proper functioning of systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems.
Provide excellent customer service by offering multiple options for customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain the scope of work and provide recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Stay updated with industry advancements and participate in training programs as required.

Valid Driver's License
NATE certification (preferred but not required)
The ideal candidate should have the ability to independently maintain and repair residential split systems, package units, and ductless systems
Should be knowledgeable in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC equipment, as well as performing repairs and replacements as needed
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service is essential for this role. Experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical guidance is highly desired
Background and Drug Screening is a must
3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
Must be authorized to work in the US.
