Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components to ensure the proper functioning of systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering multiple options for customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the scope of work and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and participate in training programs as required.

• Valid Driver's License
• EPA Certification
• NATE certification (preferred but not required)
• The ideal candidate should have the ability to independently maintain and repair residential split systems, package units, and ductless systems
• Should be knowledgeable in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC equipment, as well as performing repairs and replacements as needed
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service is essential for this role. Experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical guidance is highly desired
• Background and Drug Screening is a must
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
