Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician, you'll play an essential role in keeping our clients comfortable and satisfied. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Meet with homeowners to diagnose and repair HVAC systems

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently

• Train junior team members and share your expertise

• Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed every step of the way

• Order and maintain equipment as needed, ensuring jobs are completed seamlessly

• Follow all local HVAC codes and company standards to ensure safe, high-quality service

• Clean driving record and active driver’s license

• EPA Universal Certification

• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus

• Reside within 20 miles of the shop

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
