Your New Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering comfort and efficiency to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems)
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with a solution-oriented mindset, following our proven Service System protocol
Performing routine maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance
Maintaining open communication with dispatch, managers, and teammates
Collaborating with clients to provide service options and explain pricing
Ensuring compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations
Keeping precise records of services performed and equipment maintained
Keeping your truck organized, stocked, and professional
Engaging in continuous professional development
Joining the on-call rotation as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job requirements
1+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Willing to participate in the on-call rotation
Strong customer service, and communication skills. Positive attitude, and willing to put the work in.
Exhibit familiarity with industry-standard software, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize essential tools and technologies in the field
Demonstrate adaptability in various work environments, showcasing the ability to learn and adjust to new tasks and challenges
A valid driver's license, ensuring the ability to travel as necessary for job-related responsibilities
Successfully pass a clean background check and drug test, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining a secure work environment
