Your New Role:

• Travel to job sites in the service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedules are maintained.
• Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis for emergency customer needs.
• Build and maintain stellar customer relations.
• Perform thorough and accurate repair/maintenance work.
• Service and install equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards.
• Document all installed equipment details and obtain customer signatures upon job completion.
• Recommend and sell SEA agreements, PM contracts, and additional upgrades/filters to customers.
• Estimate repair costs, obtain authorization, and finalize repair orders.
• Maintain and stock the company vehicle with necessary parts, tools, and safety equipment.
• Participate in ongoing company-provided training.

• Valid Driver's License: Must meet insurance underwriting requirements
• Associate degree in HVAC or equivalent experience
• Mechanical IV License
• EPA Certified to work with refrigerant
• Ability to lift/move 80-100 pounds several times daily
• Able to work outdoors in hot or below-freezing temperatures
• Proficient in working from ladders and scaffolds
• Skilled in soldering, brazing, and using standard industry tools
• Good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, working overhead, and lifting abilities required
• Exposure to moderate noise environment
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math functions
• Professional presentation with customers
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
