Competitive Pay: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, including hourly pay, commissions, spiffs, and bonuses
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in milestones to ensure long-term success and retention)
$500 upon onboarding
$2,000 at 6 months
$2,500 at 12 months
$5,000 at 24 months

Schedule: Work from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch, plus on-call and overtime as needed
Core Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed technician KPIs and company goals
Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring complete satisfaction
Perform HVAC system inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs
Use pricing guides accurately and explain membership options to clients
Train apprentices and ensure adherence to company standards
Maintain a spotless, organized company vehicle and job site
Actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and company events

EPA Certification: Valid and current
Experience: at least 2 years of HVAC experience with proven skills in maintenance and repair
Skills: Proficient in testing, inspecting, and servicing HVAC components
Sales Acumen: Ability to establish rapport with clients, explain services, and offer membership options
Clean Record: Drug-free, valid driver’s license, and passable background check
Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US
