Your New Role:

• Time Commitment: Work from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch, including on-call and overtime as needed.
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed technician KPIs and company goals.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and professional workspace in customers' homes.
  • Perform comprehensive HVAC system inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Utilize pricing guides accurately and explain membership options to clients.
  • Train apprentices and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain a spotless, organized company vehicle and job site. 
  • Participate actively in training sessions, meetings, and company retreats.

• Flexible Compensation Packages: Earn between $80,000 to $125,000 per year, with hourly pay, commissions, spiffs, and bonuses.

• You have 3-5 years of HVAC experience and hold a valid EPA certification and driver’s license.
• You’re drug-free and can pass a background check.
• You’re ready to exceed revenue goals and establish strong client relationships.
• You’re passionate about delivering top-notch service and maintaining high standards.

• EPA Certification
• Must be drug-free
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Valid driver's license required 
• 3-5 proven experience in maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems
• Proficient in inspecting and testing HVAC components to ensure they are operational and safe
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients, sell the right products and services, and explain membership options
• Skilled in performing thorough inspections of HVAC systems to prevent future breakdowns
• Capable of using pricing guides accurately and explaining services performed to clients
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
