Your New Role as an HVAC Service Technician:

• Run 4 to 6 comprehensive service calls daily, diagnosing root causes and crafting tailored solutions.

• Perform detailed inspections, generating multiple service options and estimates.

• Utilize Service Titan technology to educate and empower homeowners to make informed decisions.

• Mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.

• 2+ years experience as an HVAC Technician with experience in residential service calls

• Proficiency in diagnostics, solutions development, and client communication

• Experienced with digital gauges, volt/amp/resistance meters, and low-voltage wiring

• Skilled in maintenance, installation best practices, and creating detailed service estimates

• Valid Driver’s License and EPA certification are required
