Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and carry out necessary repairs efficiently by way of Dyess’s Service System protocol.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
Maintain open communication with dispatch, your manager, and other teams.
Collaborate with clients to explain service options, and pricing, and address their concerns or questions.
Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations during installation and repair work.
Properly complete paperwork and records of equipment and service history to facilitate future maintenance.
Present yourself, along with your company truck and company-supplied items, cleanly and professionally.
Ensure your truck is consistently stocked and organized with the necessary tools, parts, and supplies.
Be willing to engage in continuous training and professional development opportunities.
