We are looking for experienced technicians who offer great customer service and make reliable repairs. Our goal is to make sure customers learn the importance of maintaining their heating and cooling equipment, take steps to improve the efficiency of their AC system and learn when it's time to replace their old air conditioning and heating system with a more efficient one.

Pay

• $50,000.00 - $130,000.00/annually
• Competitive hourly base pay + Commission
• Commission for Sales, Lead Setting, and Maintenance Plans
• Additional Residual Maintenance Plan Commission Yearly

Responsibilities

• Run HVAC service and maintenance calls
• Drive to sites and ensure punctuality
• Properly introduce yourself and the company to the customer
• Perform preventive HVAC maintenance and/or diagnose malfunctioning systems/equipment to determine the nature of the problem
• Present HVAC repair and home performance solutions
• Complete all required information on calls using an iPad
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Complete service by thoroughly cleaning and removing all trash from the work site

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• EPA Certification
• Clean background check
• Working knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
