Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Technician based in Green, Ohio, serving residential and light commercial customers throughout Summit, Stark, Cuyahoga, and surrounding counties within approximately a 40-mile service area

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems

• Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment

• Respond to scheduled service calls in a professional and timely manner

• Inspect HVAC equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation

• Clearly explain findings, recommended repairs, and replacement options to customers

• Complete service documentation accurately and follow company procedures

• Participate in a structured onboarding program with ride-along support during your first month

• Continue building your skills through ongoing HVAC training and development

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of HVAC service or installation experience preferred

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical components

• EPA Certification preferred

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professional standards
