Your New Role

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and HVAC inspections to ensure peak system performance

• Repair heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and indoor comfort systems

• Communicate repair recommendations and system findings clearly with customers

• Complete accurate service documentation and work orders

• Maintain safety standards and company quality expectations on every job

• Deliver professional customer service during every service call

• Work throughout Southampton, PA, and surrounding service areas

• 6 to 10 years of HVAC service technician experience

• EPA Certification required

• Strong ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical HVAC systems

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and HVAC control systems

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain professionalism while delivering high-quality HVAC service

• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays and scheduled on-call shifts
