As an HVAC Technician in Green, Ohio, you will service residential and light commercial clients within a 40 mile radius including Summit, Stark, and Cuyahoga counties.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems
Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
Respond to service calls with timely, professional HVAC service
Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Communicate findings clearly and present repair or replacement options
Maintain accurate service records and follow company processes
Complete a structured first month onboarding program with ride along support
Participate in ongoing HVAC training and technical development

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of HVAC service or installation experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and mechanical components
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to participate in an emergency service rotation approximately one week every 5 to 6 weeks
Professional appearance and commitment to safety
Ability to pass background screening in accordance with local laws
