Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician in Green, Ohio, you will service residential and light commercial clients within a 40 mile radius including Summit, Stark, and Cuyahoga counties.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems

• Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems

• Respond to service calls with timely, professional HVAC service

• Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Communicate findings clearly and present repair or replacement options

• Maintain accurate service records and follow company processes

• Complete a structured first month onboarding program with ride along support

• Participate in ongoing HVAC training and technical development

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 1 year of HVAC service or installation experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and mechanical components

• EPA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Willingness to participate in an emergency service rotation approximately one week every 5 to 6 weeks

• Professional appearance and commitment to safety

• Ability to pass background screening in accordance with local laws
