HVAC Team Lead

The HVAC Lead plays a pivotal role in managing, motivating, and coaching DMC’s HVAC Technicians to achieve our goal of providing superior customer service in a safe, professional, and positive work environment. This role involves managing the daily activities of the HVAC team, monitoring performance, coordinating projects, and collaborating with other team leads.

Pay

• $65,000.00+ annually based on experience

Work Week Schedule:

• The workweek schedule is typically 8-hour days, five days a week.
• During peak times and seasonal extreme weather-related events, the position may require longer hours with overtime paid as applicable.

Responsibilities

• 10 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• Must have a valid KS or MO driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must have the ability to sit, walk, bend and lift for prolonged periods of time and have a full range of body movement including the use of hands, feet, and fingers to handle or feel objects
• Must be capable of bending, reaching, crouching, climbing, and crawling
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds, authorized to work in the U.S., and comfortable working in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid, including ditches, excavation sites, and confined locations
