The HVAC Lead plays a pivotal role in managing, motivating, and coaching DMC’s HVAC Technicians to achieve our goal of providing superior customer service in a safe, professional, and positive work environment. This role involves managing the daily activities of the HVAC team, monitoring performance, coordinating projects, and collaborating with other team leads.

Responsibilities
As part of the daily duties, this lead position will work with the techs to help facilitate material handling and mobilization of jobs, provide a forecast of workload and manpower requirements, deal with clients and any job issues that may arise, hold weekly meetings with the team, and work with the dispatcher daily for scheduling. Additionally, this lead will assist in hiring, provide training, provide emergency support to techs as needed, and maintain a positive culture and relationships within the team.
