Collaborate with experienced project managers, estimators, field technicians, and subcontractors

Oversee daily field operations for commercial HVAC and mechanical projects in Evansville, IN
Manage HVAC crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success
Coordinate schedules, equipment, materials, and workflow to maintain production timelines
Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
Collaborate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and internal teams
Order HVAC materials and coordinate deliveries to maintain project efficiency
Monitor job costing and support accurate project financial tracking
Utilize project management software, including Procore, Fieldwire, or similar platforms
Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe, compliant job site
Read and interpret HVAC blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
Troubleshoot field issues and resolve problems quickly to prevent delays
Lead field employees while maintaining accountability, productivity, and job site performance

Must hold a Master HVAC License issued by the Vanderburgh County Building Commission
5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction experience with field leadership responsibility
Commercial HVAC experience required
Experience managing HVAC crews, subcontractors, and multiple field teams
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, installation methods, and job site operations
Experience managing project schedules, timelines, and site coordination
Experience ordering HVAC equipment and coordinating deliveries
Understanding of job costing and collaboration with accounting teams
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Fieldwire, or similar
Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints, mechanical plans, and specifications
Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, HVAC safety standards, and OSHA compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license required
