Your New Role as an HVAC Service Technician

• Handle all aspects of HVAC system maintenance and repair, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and mini splits
• Deliver exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues with a positive attitude
• Support junior technicians and apprentices, helping to build their skills and careers
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, ensuring clients experience top-quality comfort in their homes
• Work efficiently, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician with strong repair and maintenance abilities
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Self-motivated, independent worker with a commitment to mentoring junior team members
• Able to pass a drug and background check, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
