Your New Role: The HVAC Hero!

In this role, you’ll be a trusted HVAC expert, handling critical services for our valued clients. Expect to:

• Address and solve comprehensive HVAC needs with professionalism and expertise
• Ensure homes stay spotless with floor savers and a clean workspace
• Clearly explain your services and highlight the quality of our work
• Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems to exacting standards
• Conduct safety inspections and optimize systems for perfect functionality
• Perform heat loss/gain calculations for ideal system sizing
• Exceed sales goals through strong customer relationships and service excellence
• Promote club memberships and maintain high renewal rates
• Keep your work truck immaculate, representing our brand on every drive
• Uphold our Code of Ethics, prioritize safety, and engage in all training opportunities

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA License
• Self-starter with flexibility and reliability
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must pass random drug testing
• Familiarity with current HVAC regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• General power tool knowledge with a focus on safety
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Proven HVAC installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills
• Ability to work in attics, tight spaces, and climb ladders (up to 50 lbs lift requirement)
• Authorized to work in the US
