Your New Role:

• Installation & Maintenance: Tackle the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Diagnose and address electrical and mechanical faults.
• System Upkeep: Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring they're always running smoothly.
• Emergency Responder: Handle emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Technical Leader: Provide on-the-job training and technical direction.
• Record Keeper: Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Compliance Pro: Ensure all work complies with OSHA and appliance standards.
• Customer Support: Assist with client concerns with a friendly, can-do attitude.

• Mechanical experience is required, but HVAC experience is preferred
• Willingness to train candidates with relevant mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Knowledgeable in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
