Your New Role

• Installation & Maintenance: Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• System Upkeep: Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring smooth operations.
• Emergency Response: Execute emergency repairs with speed and accuracy.
• Technical Leadership: Provide on-the-job training and technical direction to team members.
• Record Keeping: Maintain daily logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Compliance Pro: Ensure all work aligns with OSHA and appliance standards.
• Customer Support: Address client concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Mechanical experience is required, but HVAC experience is preferred
• Willingness to train candidates with relevant mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Understand the principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Knowledgeable in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with reading schematics and work plans
