Your New Role

• Travel to job sites across Baltimore to work on commercial HVAC systems
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on HVAC equipment, delivering effective solutions
• Conduct surveys and inspections to assess system performance and proactively address issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems operating smoothly
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and offer recommendations
• Keep your work vehicle organized for maximum efficiency on the job
• Stay current with training to continually advance your expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC service professional
• MD HVAC Journeyman or Master License
• EPA 608 Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Required hand tools for the trade
• Professional presentation, communication, and safety mindset, with necessary PPE for job sites
• Ability to safely climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and access mechanical equipment in various environments
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, including RTUs, DOAS, VAV boxes, split systems, VRV, controls, pumps, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and humidifiers
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
