Your New Role: 

As an HVAC Technician at Island Heating & Air, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems. Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing HVAC system issues and identifying root causes.
• Conducting HVAC servicing jobs promptly and efficiently.
• Performing routine service activities independently.
• Training other employees on service-related subjects.
• Conducting point-of-work sales for IAQ services, unit replacements, and more.
• Providing emergency HVAC repair services to our maintenance agreement customers.
• Supporting the IAQ and Installation Departments as needed.
• Developing lead referrals for the sales team.

• You have a current operator’s license and a clean driving record.

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Possession of a current operator's license.
• Must be insurable by the company's insurance carrier.
• A Journeyman Mechanical License is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Authorization to work in the US.
