Competitive Compensation: $30–$40 per hour + overtime, along with the additional compensation package amounting to $43.03 per hour, which includes:
Vacation & Holiday – $5.70

As an HVAC Service Technician Royal Oak, MI, you'll be responsible for:
Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop package units, cooling towers, chillers, split systems, exhaust fans, and more.
Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
Operating hand and power tools to complete necessary repairs.
Removing and replacing components as needed.
Ensuring quality workmanship and minimizing callbacks.
Communicating effectively with customers and teammates.
Clocking in and out via software and receiving job assignments through electronic dispatch.
Working in various environments, including rooftops, mechanical rooms, and clean hospital imaging centers.

Experience: 3-5 years in commercial HVAC service
Certifications:
At least 4th-yr Apprentice or Journeyman level
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
Physical Ability:
Lift 50 lbs unassisted
Climb and work from a ladder
Remove and replace an extension ladder from a van unassisted
Work overhead for extended periods
Valid Driver’s License: Clean record required for insurance approval
