Responsibilities
HVAC Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, boilers, mini splits, heat pumps, split systems, package units, air conditioners, and swamp coolers.
Exemplary Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Support Team: Offer high-level support to Junior Technician team members, installers, and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Independent Problem-Solving: Exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve issues related to customer service and equipment repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently allocating time and resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Accountability: Take ownership and accountability for the successful completion of service and repair tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
Supervision: Execute job responsibilities with little or no direct supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative in daily tasks.

Job requirements
Previous HVAC Experience preferred but not required - We are willing to train you to an HVAC Technician!
Possession of EPA certification Preferred but not required - We will help you attain this
Desire to continue learning and growing as a service professional and a leader

Ability to pass a drug and criminal background check
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the United States
