Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems. Specifically, someone who can perform the following:

Repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating & air conditioning systems and equipment
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
Utilizing our mobile app software for everyday operations
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Safety and Health Administration
Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
Assisting with customers' questions

Job requirements

3+ Years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in a residential and/or commercial setting
Has EPA Universal Certification - Required
Active 06A License - Required
Able to work an on-call rotation
Able to pass a background check and drug test
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
