Pay

• $25.00-$45.00/hourly

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnose and repair system issues
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
• Install system accessories such as thermostats, whole house air purifiers, and start assist
• Perform preventative equipment maintenance and warranty services as needed
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Promote and offer system accessories and services that will help keep the systems in top working order
• Conduct performance tests and adjust systems settings accordingly
• Offer and promote the benefits system maintenance contracts to the homeowner
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicles.
